Awards & Events
In march 2023 I attended the university of Portsmouths enterprise fest, where I was nominated for the 'One to watch' award.
I was a stall holder at the event and went on to win the one to watch highly commended award that evening. This has been a goal of mine since starting my business and I am extremely grateful and proud to receive this recognition.
In 2022 I entered the Santander x UK awards and pitched my business for a Santander business grant to fund an iPad for my design work. I am so proud to announce that I went on to win this grant allowing me to purchase an iPad Pro and introduce pro create to my design tool kit!
In 2023 I was nominated for Graphic Designer of the year for the south of England by the Prestige Awards. I went on to win this award which was a dream come true. The judges appreciated the high standard of my designs, the personal style of my services and how I've used my own experience of starting my own business to help my clients.
In October 2023 I was nominated for Placement Student of the year at my university which I went on to win. Between 2022-2023 I took a placement year on my third year of studying graphic design to be a self employed freelance designer. During this placement I also too part in the 7 steps of success programme which I became ambassador for.
